SAP ICON LAYOUT IS COMING EVEN AFTER LOGGING INTO SAP EASY DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Hi All,

When I am trying to log in through SAP Easy Document Management, the log in is successful but SAP Layout icons is not displayed in windows explorer. Even for the first time it didn't ask to create a Public folder & Private folder, when I logged on to SAP Easy Document Management.
