Not updated Doc. status in attached file

Hi,

There is one document created in Prod. system and gone through all approval process i.e DR(Draft) to RL(Released). When we open the attached file from application server i.e. from Originals, we can see Document Status as DR in attachment even though Document is in RL state.

Current Document status:

Attaced document - Which is displaying as DR

Please let me know whether there is any Report/FM to be run to update it manually or its some config missing.
